About This Programme

We support the manufacturing sector by training people to have foundation skills and knowledge to work in entry level operational, or non operational roles in the manufacturing sector. Graduates will be able to complete tasks at entry level, and will have the skills and knowledge to meet workplace safety requirements.

Programme Content

• Core manufacturing skills and basic workplace health and safety, which are common to all manufacturing industries.
• Choose from standard manufacturing process skills relevant to your particular industry along with appropriate standards from the Competitive Manufacturing domain. The Material Management domain is also included to allow skills in distribution in a manufacturing environment to be selected. Or we can offer a range of specific skills required by your business.
• Optional standards can be included for use where additional support in literacy, numeracy and basic employment skills are required.
