It suits senior school students, school leavers, and those who are not in employment, education, or training who need targeted support to move forward. Learners gain practical knowledge of career planning, employment preparation, and personal development strategies. In the training, they’re supported to identify and pursue realistic career goals. The micro-credential prepares participants for entry-level roles, especially in industries where employers prioritise reliability, communication and teamwork over technical qualifications. Write Up, Speak Up, Be Safe empowers learners to navigateNew Zealand's health and safety landscape. This micro-credential helps learners recognise and comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Learners are equipped to contribute health and safety improvements, communicate information clearly and completing essential forms. The course is ideal for those already in supervisory or management positions, and for those aspiring to such roles.The learning builds on existing strengths for safer, more effective teams.
