Event Cancellation by Education Unlimited
In the unlikely instance of an unavoidable event cancellation
a minimum of 48 hours' notice will be provided to registered parties.
Every endeavour to re-schedule the event will be made.
If necessary, a credit note for the full amount paid will be issued,
with a 12 month claim period.
We offer a secure online payment system, PayPal, for all event attendances and online purchases. Add to Cart buttons are available where applicable. You will need either a credit card, a debit card or on operational PayPal account to pay using this method.
If you do not have a credit card, debit card or your own PayPal account to complete your transaction immediately, you can go to your banking website and make a payment via internet banking.
If you are unable to pay using a credit card/debit card on PayPal
nor via internet banking, send a cheque to the post box above.
Please state business name and applicable event/purchase on reverse.
CONFIRMATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Workshop Attendance Confirmation
Confirmation of your secured space will be advised upon receipt
of full payment (which is required prior to the event starting).
A tax receipt can be issued upon a request.
A post-payment cancellation advised with 2 weeks' notice from event date can receive a refund, less a $30 administration fee.
A post-payment cancellation advised less than 2 weeks from event date
or a no-show on the day of an event will not receive any refund.
We understand that sometimes there are circumstances that necessitate withdrawal but unless the space can be on-sold we apologise we cannot bear this cost for you.
